Having clean-and-clear skin is every
woman’s dream.
Isn’t it?
I personally don’t have that
crystal-clear skin but yes, I do (still) want to accomplish my ultimate goal:
to have a clean, smoother and spot-free facial skin.
As simple as that.
Facial skin with
It doesn’t have to
be all luminous, very bright (or even too-bright until you think you’re gonna
need to put your Ray Bans on when talking to me, LoL)
We all know that everybody’s skin
condition is different from one another and one product I use, don’t always
work for her or them or vice versa.
Well some of them might, but fortune
handles the rest.
Bless those who were born with silver
spoon on their mouth so that they can actually take a really good care of their
skin (because they can afford it!!) by giving it nutritional skin food
(overly-priced facial serums and creams which even with all my one month salary
can’t cover the price of one-range of its treatment!).

Therefore, we can’t talk about being
pretty without talking about budget.
Come on, there’s a price a girl must
pay to look good.
Everyone knows about it.
But talking about budget doesn’t mean
that you’ve got to splurge on all of those what-so-called “holy grail” products
(everyone’s talking about) or even aesthetic or beauty clinics everyone’s going
to.
According
to a definition from Cambridge online dictionary, BUDGET means:
è a plan to show how much money a person organization will earn and how much they will need or be able to spend.
Well there are actually tons of BUDGET
definitions but I kinda like and agree with this one. A person will need a plan
to show how much money he/she can earn and how good their organization to spend (and off course, do some extra savings).
I typed “how much
money”, “earn” and “spend” in BOLD because they are the keywords.
You know how are you
going to have the money, you know exactly how much it is, you know how to spend
it, sensibly, but still… are able to manage some savings in any case.
I know we’re only humans, ordinary girls.
Sometimes we’ve got this urges to shop and spend ALL of our monthly incoming
just because we’re sooo tempted of trying new beauty products.
I am very used
to with online-shopping. I’ve been doing that ever since I was still at college
(it means a decade ago where online-shopping was not as FLOURISHING as it is
nowadays). Now that I’m working with close coworkers which are ALL
as-beauty-junkie-as myself (plus we are all now do online-shopping anyplace and
at any time we want, thank’s to TECHNOLOGY) so I guess I am a more
beautyjunkie-er than ever lOl
We exchange infos about new stuff, online shopping
who sell low-priced beauty products (and we often order collectively because it
makes A GOOD DEAL of shipping fee) et cetera. So thrilled when our products are
arrived (we ship it to office so when they come we’ll just excitedly grab ours
and talk about it almost all-day-long) and we keep on talking about beauty
products literally EVERYDAY, while we have time, when we’re not swamped with
work, LoL.
So how is it related with BUDGET? Me (and my
friends) are beauty junkie (I’ve mentioned this a lot of times already, right?)
but we spend (pretty) wisely. I’m not defending myself nor my friends but even
when we regularly spend money on beauty products but we’re nothing like those
beauty bloggers who spend and splurge A LOT OF MONEY on lavish products, say
YSL, Tom Ford, Chanel, Laura Mercier, Guerlain, the list goes on.
We do, buy high-ends
products like MAC, TOO FACED, or like myself I buy L’Occitane and Kiehl’s (we
can’t say those two brands are “high-ends” but they’re not “inexpensive”
either, right?) but we know that taking care of our skin is in our genes.
Our
facial skin is our asset and I don’t want to jeopardize ourselves, trying on
just any products because it’s “cheap” (and here, I’m not implying that cheap
products are not good for your skin. Don’t get me wrong) so we’ve gotta choose
products we buy and put on our faces.
Right? :D :p
